This level 3 technical pranayama class is also suitable for students who do not have a regular pranayama practice. The practice will help in strengthening the body and regulate the internal and mental energy.  The class starts by attentively calming the mind and breath. The session guides you in performing reclining and sitting Ujjayi Pranayama and also includes reclining and sitting Viloma Pranayama.

What is level 3?
The level 3 (able and willing) class is meant for experienced Iyengar yoga students who are capable of doing head balance at the wall for 5 minutes and who can lie over a chair in a back bend conveniently and from there can push up to a back arch.
