This class  will make your energy flow. It works in a steady pace a little on the shoulder awareness and consists of the standing poses Trikonasana, Parsvakonasana, Virabharasana1, Ardha Chandrasana and Parivrita Trikonasana . The in between poses are e.g. Gomukasana, Vrikasana, Utkatasana and Garudasana. At the end of the class is a Sirsasana and a block Sethu Bhanda Sarvangasana topping it of with a short Sawasana.

What is level 3?
The level 3 (able and willing) class is meant for experienced Iyengar yoga students who are capable of doing head balance at the wall for 5 minutes and who can lie over a chair in a back bend conveniently and from there can push up to a back arch.
